Out client is an established architectural and engineering company based in East Flanders.

They have foundation in architecture, structural design, and technical expertise .

Your role

You will be involved in a variety of technically interesting projects and will contribute to the structural design process from concept to execution.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating structural concepts into clear and accurate technical drawings.
• Preparing structural, reinforcement, and formwork plans.
• Producing detailed quantity take-offs and construction details.
• Reviewing drawings from external construction partners, including prefabrication and execution plans.
• Working closely with a structural engineer who will provide guidance and technical support.

Your profile

You have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a construction-related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of relevant building regulations, standards, and technical guidelines.
• Initial experience in structural drafting or technical design is a strong asset.
• Strong insight into construction methods and an eye for detail.
• Experience with BIM software, such as Revit, is considered a plus.
• Able to work in a structured, organized manner and meet deadlines calmly, both independently and within a team.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and think along with the project team.
• Professional working proficiency in English and preferably Dutch.
• A cooperative mindset, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility.
