Business Manager junior (m/f/x)

agap2 is a European engineering consultancy active across various industrial sectors such as large infrastructure works, process industries (life science, food & beverage, chemistry), energy, and transport.

We have been operating in Belgium since 2013. As part of our activities in Brussels and Wallonia, we are looking for a passionate, proactive, and results-oriented Business Manager to strengthen our team and support the growth of our team of consultants.

Your Role

As a Business Manager, you are at the heart of the agency’s growth. Your mission: to grow your business, build your team, and provide ongoing support to your consultants. Your responsibilities focus on three key areas:

1. Business Development

You actively contribute to the agency’s growth within industrial sector:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Prospect for and opening new accounts
• Meet with industry stakeholders and understand their technical challenges
• Develop tailored service offerings
• Negotiate and close contracts
• Build lasting partnerships

2. Recruitment

You are responsible for building your own team of consultants:

• Identify and approach engineering candidates
• Conduct job interviews
• Assess technical skills and personal potential
• Select the candidates best suited to client needs

3. Consultant Management

You support your consultants throughout their career:

• Provide regular, personalized support
• Support their professional development
• Ensure their satisfaction and that of clients
• Anticipate changes in assignments and opportunities
• Ensure the profitability and sustainability of your business

Your Profile

With a master’s degree in engineering, you possess excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.

You identify with the following qualities:

• Resilience and a results-oriented mindset

You are fluent in French and English . Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

This position is entirely on-site to foster collaboration, team spirit, and quick decision-making.
