We are looking for a Project Engineer – Acoustics & Vibrations (Noise & Vibration Engineering ) for one of our international client. You will be involved in multidisciplinary projects and will work closely at the client to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. This role combines technical expertise , modelling & simulation , field measurements , and direct client interaction .

Contract: Permanent – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Performing noise and vibration measurements in the field (environmental noise, building acoustics, vibrations)
• Analysing, processing and interpreting measured data in line with Belgian and European standards and legislation
• Preparing technical reports and recommendations
• Modelling and simulating noise and vibration generation, propagation and impact in open and built environments using advanced and dedicated software
• Working together with clients to identify and develop the best technical solutions through a problem-solving approach
• Managing assigned projects with responsibility for budget, planning and quality
• Ensuring that engineering services are delivered in compliance with the quality system and Health & Safety regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in acoustics and vibration projects within the building, infrastructure or environmental sector
• Solid experience in noise & vibration measurements, analysis and modelling
• Strong interest in consultancy and client-facing projects
• Fluent in French and Dutch, professional in English
