Your role You build AI solutions such as agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows. You work at the intersection of: AI automation real business use cases This is a hands-on role with strong focus on learning, experimentation, and delivery. What you’ll do Build AI agents (Copilot Studio / Azure AI) Develop copilots and AI-driven workflows Integrate AI into business processes and applications Experiment with new AI capabilities Collaborate with architects and consultants Test, iterate, and improve AI solutions What we’re looking for Strong interest in AI, agents, and copilots First experience with Power Platform or Azure is a plus Curious mindset and willingness to learn fast Hands-on builder mentality You think in solutions, not in tools Nice to have Experience with Copilot Studio Basic knowledge of Azure AI Understanding of APIs and integrations What you get Work on real AI use cases Fast learning curve in a rapidly evolving space Guidance from experienced engineers and architects Room to experiment and try new things Modern tooling (Claude, AI dev tools, …) Compensation & benefits Company car Net allowance Phone subscription Hospitalization & dental insurance Flexible working setup Total compensation is aligned with experience, autonomy, and impact.
