We’re hiring a Marketing Manager – BENELUX to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth through integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to a global marketing strategy. You will work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns across the full customer journey - from demand generation to customer engagement and retention.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, PR)
Analyse campaign performance and optimise ROI
Manage regional budget and marketing plans
Use market insights and data to strengthen positioning and customer engagement
Strong campaign management across digital channels and marketing automation/CRM tools
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance and funnel metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Fluent in Dutch and English (French or other EU languages a plus)
