Markerting Manager, Benelux - Software & Diagnostics

Operating across 30+ countries, the business is focused on using intelligent technology to improve workflows, generate insights, and support better outcomes across healthcare, life sciences, and public health.

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager – BENELUX to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth through integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to a global marketing strategy. You will work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns across the full customer journey - from demand generation to customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, PR)
  • Drive lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline contribution
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise ROI
  • Manage regional budget and marketing plans
  • Use market insights and data to strengthen positioning and customer engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all activities

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or healthcare)
  • Strong campaign management across digital channels and marketing automation/CRM tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance and funnel metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French or other EU languages a plus)
