Join Capgemini as a HRIS Engagement Manager and get the opportunity to support our customers in realizing digital transformations of their HR landscape by implementing SAP software solutions . As a HRIS Engagement Manager at Capgemini Belgium, you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements , ensuring successful delivery of HRIS projects , and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. Play a central role in building , maintaining and enhancing client relationships and working collaboratively with solution architects, functional & technical leads in creating a fitting and competitive service offering. Managing the financial outlook of the project and report on this to the Capgemini senior management. Manage cross-functional teams , coordinating with technical, functional, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors/SAP HR solutions and proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams ability to respond to RFP and having estimation capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
