A fast‑growing, consumer‑focused product company is hiring a Director / VP of Technology & Transformation to lead its digital, data and AI agenda at executive level.

This is not a hands‑on engineering role. It’s a business‑critical transformation position for a leader with strong technical credibility who can set direction, make high‑quality decisions and build the capability needed to scale.

What you’ll do

• Own the end‑to‑end digital, data and AI transformation roadmap
• Translate business strategy into clear tech priorities and outcomes
• Decide what to build vs buy and strengthen tech foundations for scale
• Improve visibility of risk, security, quality and partner performance
• Hire and shape senior engineering and technology leadership
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team

What we’re looking for

• Senior leader with a track record of digital / technology transformation
• Strong technical background (ex‑engineer or deeply technical profile)
• Experience in customer‑facing, product‑led environments
• Comfortable owning strategy and outcomes without running day‑to‑day delivery
• Pragmatic, commercial and able to balance speed with rigour
