Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect with strong expertise across SAP HR, HCM, and SuccessFactors to support a major transformation programme.

This role is heavily focused on end-to-end solution design, translating business requirements into scalable, integrated SAP solutions across a hybrid landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design across SAP HR / HCM / SuccessFactors
• Produce architecture blueprints and design documentation
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture and best practices
• Lead integration design across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive key decisions
• Support delivery teams to ensure design integrity through implementation

Key Experience

• Proven SAP Solution Architect experience in complex environments
• Strong expertise in:
• SAP HCM (on-premise)
• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central + Talent modules)
• Demonstrable track record in solution design and architecture ownership
• Experience with integrations (CPI / APIs / middleware)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
