Collector’s Needle and Richard Belgium are expanding their internal digital structure.

We are looking for a high-level execution profile capable of managing and maintaining a complex digital ecosystem with precision, discipline and consistency.

This is a structured execution role, not a creative or strategy position.

The role is focused on:

• daily publishing
• operational control
• consistency across platforms

Scope of the role

You will be responsible for the full execution of our digital ecosystem:

• 2 brands
• 9 social media platforms per brand
• 2 websites with continuous updates

Including:

• planning and scheduling content
• formatting per platform
• writing and adapting captions
• publishing and monitoring
• maintaining consistency across all channels

Daily work includes

• publishing content across multiple platforms
• ensuring correct formats, ratios and specifications
• managing multilingual content (NL / FR / EN)
• updating website content continuously
• preparing and sending email campaigns
• maintaining strict structure and consistency

Platform expertise (core requirement)

You must already have a strong understanding of platform-specific formats and publishing rules.

This includes:

• correct aspect ratios per platform
• video length limitations
• caption structures and formatting
• differences between feed, reels, stories, shorts
• platform-specific guidelines and best practices

You are expected to execute without errors and without guidance.

This is not something to learn on the job — this is required from day one.

Mistakes in formatting or platform execution are not acceptable in this role.

Language requirement (core responsibility)

Writing is a central part of this role.

You must be able to:

• write correctly and professionally in English, Dutch and French
• adapt tone depending on context (website, email, client communication)
• maintain consistency in language and terminology across platforms

This is not optional.

Candidates without strong Dutch and French writing skills will not be considered.

English is required.

This role is NOT

• not a creative director position
• not a strategy or campaign role
• not a freelance or flexible role

This is a hands-on operational position with daily execution responsibility.
