You will be responsible for delivering excellent post-sales support at customer sites—installing, maintaining, and repairing high-tech systems in hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions. You’ll ensure optimal equipment performance, directly impacting healthcare quality and outcomes. Troubleshoot technical issues, both on-site and remotely, ensuring rapid and effective solutions. Provide proactive advice on preventive maintenance and system optimization. Deliver professional customer service and build long-term client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues across technical and support teams. Travel regionally and occasionally internationally for training and technical meetings. You recently graduated (or will soon graduate) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering . You are fluent in French, have a good command of English (technical documentation and training), and are open to improving your Dutch if needed.
