Job Title: IT Data steward CRM Location: 1030 Brussels, Belgium Duration: ASAP - 30/10/2026 Languages: English, French Mode: Hybrid Job Description: As a central player in the digital transformation of the French-speaking Belgian public sector, Client operates in a variety of fields such as: networks, security, data centers, cloud, development of business applications, support for digital projects, cybersecurity, user support. With a constant concern for innovation, performance and public service, Client regularly collaborates with external partners to strengthen its teams through IT consulting missions. The present mission focuses on one of the areas of Client that has been particularly developed over the last five years: data management and exploitation. The challenges are multiple: guaranteeing the reliability and accessibility of data, reducing redundancies, improving decision-making processes, implementing the "only once" principle for the user, and, finally, providing reliable and quality data to business applications while respecting security norms and standards thanks to virtualization tools. Managing and leveraging data for a particular application being installed under two programs (the CRM program and the IMAJINES_NEXT program): installing and using a CRM (customer relationship management system). Mission As an IT Data Steward specializing in CRM , cloud data and/or virtualization, you will be at the heart of the analysis, implementation and operationalization of the data layer exploited by Client's CRM tools. You are able to actively participate in complex projects integrating secure hybrid cloud architectures, robust data pipelines and integrated business solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Implement a secure hybrid cloud architecture in connection with on-premise data according to the architecture defined by the project team Design, develop and deploy data flows between the different components of this hybrid cloud architecture (Dataverse and DB2 luw/Db2 Mainframe) using CRM (MS Dynamics 365), virtualization (Denodo) and ETL (SAP Data services) tools Organize and migrate data from the source application to the CRM Automate business processes via tools (MS Dynamics, Denodo, SAP Data Services) Classify, anonymize, and manage sensitive data in the cloud Organize and create the data that will be tested as part of the project Design and implement security, access management, and data encryption policies in compliance with GDPR and local requirements Work closely with business, IT and security teams to align technical solutions with business needs Participate in the evaluation of data bugs and incidents and propose solutions during the testing and production phases Required Skills Data Analyst Collaboration & Communication ETL (SAP Data Services, Talend, Apache NiFi, ADF, SSIS): Database management (modeling, query optimization and indexing, monitoring) : Data quality management : classify, anonymize, and manage sensitive data, create test datasets, migrate data: Data governance (Repository management, MDM, Catalog) : Microsoft Azure (architecture cloud): Level Confirmed Most recent experience This year CRM tool (MS Dynamics 365): Data Virtualization Tool (Denodo): Transformation scripts (SQL, VQL, Python, other ): Security & Sovereignty (policies, GDPR compliance, access management, cloud security):
