Are you an experienced sales professional with a track record of building new business and developing strong customer relationships? Do you perform best in results-driven environments where your contributions directly impact growth?

We’re working with a disruptive player in the backup and data protection space — a vendor that’s rewriting the rules and winning market share from the incumbents. They’re now looking for a Territory Sales Manager to spearhead growth across BeLux. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for leads. It’s for a hunter, a strategist, and a closer — someone who can turn cold ground into fertile territory.

Your Mission

  • Lead direct sales efforts across BeLux, owning the full revenue cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and activate new channel partnerships — onboarding resellers, distributors, and alliances that drive scale.
  • Develop enterprise relationships across key verticals like Finance, Energy, and Public Sector.
  • Forecast with precision and deliver against aggressive growth targets.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy in a region with massive potential — this is your patch to own.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record selling backup, storage, or data protection solutions (think Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam, NetApp, etc.).
  • Experience building channel ecosystems from scratch — not just managing existing ones.
  • A network across Denmark’s VARs, distributors, and enterprise buyers.
  • Grit, ambition, and a self-starter mindset — you know how to hustle when the playbook runs out.
  • Strategic thinking paired with tactical execution — you can zoom out and drill down.
