Are you an experienced IT Support professional looking for your next challenge in an international environment? We’re currently looking for an IT Support Officer to join a dynamic Service Desk & Workplace team based onsite in Seraing.

Main technologies & environment:

• Microsoft 365

• Windows 11

• Active Directory & Entra ID

• Exchange Online / On-Premise

• Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive

• Jira & Confluence

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk

• Strong troubleshooting and user support skills

• Experience in international environments is a plus

• Fluent French and strong English communication skills

This role is ideal for someone customer-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality IT support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
