AI Automation Intern

LOUCIL is a fast-growing Belgian brand pioneering Functional Fragrance: fragrances that enhance your mood. We’re a young, ambitious brand on the rise, and we’re looking for someone who wants to leave their mark on what we’re building.

Founded by Simon Van Cauwenberge (bio-engineer & nose, formerly at LVMH’s Dior & Guerlain innovation team) and Alexander (pharmacist), LOUCIL makes wellness accessible through the science of scent. We launched our first products in November 2025: Relax, Focus, Energy.

Role Description

We’re scaling fast and need someone to help us automate the operational backbone of our business. You’ll design and deploy agentic AI workflows that free up our team to focus on brand-building, not repetitive tasks, working across marketing, inventory, customer operations, and beyond. Now that the product is right, we need you to win!

What You’ll Do

• Design and build end-to-end automation flows across marketing, stock management, and operations
• Connect tools like Claude, Make.com, and n8n to create intelligent, multi-step agentic pipelines
• Support our marketing team with automated content workflows, from briefing to delivery
• Set up stock monitoring and alerting systems integrated with our backend tools
• Identify manual, repetitive processes across the company and propose automation solutions
• Bring your own ideas - everything is possible!

Qualifications

• Currently studying Computer Science, Business IT, AI, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with automation and agentic tools - Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLM-based tools
• Proven personal or academic projects involving process automation - show us what you’ve built
• Basic understanding of APIs and how to connect third-party services
• Proactive, structured thinker who can turn a vague problem into a working solution
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Odoo (or other ERP systems) & Shopify is a big plus
