THE ROLE

The role has been created to drive a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace within the production facility. Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the Factory Management Team, you ensure compliance with regulations and company standards, identify and mitigate risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You support all departments with guidance, training, and best practices, helping the factory operate safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Ensure compliance with legislation, company standards, and environmental policies
• Implement and promote best practices in safety and environmental protection
• Plan and run safety programs, inspections, and awareness campaigns
• Advise management on health, safety, and environment matters (Polish & EU regulations)
• Conduct workplace inspections and oversee subcontractor compliance
• Lead and develop Behaviour-Based Safety initiatives
• Monitor audit trends and propose improvements to reduce hazards
• Investigate incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions
• Deliver health & safety training and support risk assessments
• Collaborate with labs to measure and manage workplace risks

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related field
• Certified Prevention Advisor Level 1
• 2+ years’ HSE experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations; ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 a plus
• Skilled in training, presentations, and project teamwork (international experience preferred)
• Strong communicator with problem-solving ability and adaptability
• Proactive, innovative, and driven
• Proficient with office software tools
