We are looking for a Business Controller to join an international organisation based in the Ghent area. This is a high-impact position where you’ll combine financial analysis, business partnering, and process improvement to support strategic decision-making.

📊 Your responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Analyse business performance and translate data into clear insights
• Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and business plans
• Support cash flow planning and financial modelling
• Collaborate with Shared Service Centres to optimise processes
• Lead or contribute to projects around automation, digitalisation, and cost optimisation
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance (SOX / local GAAP where applicable)

🔎 Your profile

• 5+ years’ experience in finance (Business Controlling, FP&A, Audit, or Accounting)
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus
• Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
