I am currently looking for a Functional Analyst AI to join a dynamic Agile environment, working within a multidisciplinary team of marketers, analysts, and process engineers.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring efficient delivery of AI-driven initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Analyse and translate business requirements and processes into clear functional specifications
• Act as the link between business needs and technical implementation
• Propose end-to-end, cost-efficient solutions that meet customer needs
• Challenge and refine requirements using an iterative and MVP-driven approach
• Contribute to the design and delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring rapid time to market and immediate value creation
• Apply best practices related to:
• Data value and usage
• Compliance and governance
• AI guardrails and responsible implementation
• Collaborate with teams to define and execute testing strategies, including validation of GenAI outputs
• Monitor and analyse incidents and defects, identifying and driving resolution actions
• Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence / GenAI implementations
• Experience working with customer interaction environments (e.g., call centres)
• Good understanding xqknzec of the Belgian utilities market
• Strong analytical mindset (pensée analytique) with the ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable solutions
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven

• Artificial Intelligence (incl. GenAI) – 3 to 5 years
• Belgian Utilities Market – 3 to 5 years
• Customer Interaction / Call Centre environments – 3 to 5 years
