We’re currently supporting a growing infrastructure business in Belgium that is looking to strengthen its project leadership team.

Due to an increasing workload and long-term growth plans, they are looking for an experienced Project Leader to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to execution, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

This is a hands-on role where organisation, communication, and a proactive mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end (planning, execution, follow-up)
• Coordinate teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project performance
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Support with documentation, reporting, and project administration

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a Project Leader / Project Manager role
• Background in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or similar sectors
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership
• Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience in technical or complex project environments
• Multilingual profile
