Front Desk Receptionist


Key responsibilities

  • Always ensure a warm welcome to all members and guests. Be friendly, courteous and polite.
  • Answer phones promptly with a warm friendly tone.
  • Direct people to the relevant areas and unit guests with their members.
  • Make update on members updates in the ERP system.
  • To recognize repeat members and guests ensuring we understand all their requirements and preferences, ensuring that the clients feel valued.
  • Always be informed on what is happening at TheMerode.
  • Build strong personal relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Supports and contributes to the overall success of TheMerode.
  • Alongside your key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required in line with business needs.

  • Has strong interpersonal skills needed to build trust amongst employees at all levels
  • Is a 'team-player' and enjoys working in partnership with colleagues
  • Views individual differences to build new ideas and innovations

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience hosting or in the horeca sector is a plus
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Excellent organizational
  • Trilingual: FR – NL – EN
  • full-time job with rotating shifts
