We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Associate to join our CEO in taking Predikt to market. As our first sales hire, you'll be stepping into a founder-led sales motion and helping us professionalize and scale it, working side by side with our CEO to win and grow enterprise accounts. This isn't a role for someone who wants a polished playbook handed to them. As Sales Associate at Predikt, you will work closely with our CEO to drive new business and grow existing accounts. You'll be involved across the full commercial cycle: from identifying and reaching out to prospects, to preparing and running sales conversations, to supporting deal closure and account expansion. Beyond individual deals, you'll help build the commercial foundation: structuring our HubSpot CRM, running outbound campaigns, leveraging AI tools to sharpen our prospecting and messaging and showing up at industry events to build Predikt's presence. As we are an early-stage startup, you'll need to be resourceful, proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves, while never losing sight of the bigger picture of what we're building together.
Work alongside our CEO to execute and progressively take ownership of our sales process, from first outreach to signed contract.
Prepare and participate in sales conversations, product demos and follow-up materials with a high level of professionalism.
Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM — keeping pipeline data clean, accurate, and actionable.
Leverage AI-powered sales tools to improve prospecting quality, personalise outreach at scale, and accelerate the sales cycle.
Help prepare proposals, presentations and other sales collateral in collaboration with the leadership team.
2-3 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, business development, or a similar commercially-facing role.
~ Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
~ Confident, polished communicator in writing, in meetings and on stage at events.
~ Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools, or genuine curiosity and enthusiasm to adopt them as part of your daily workflow.
~ A hunter-farmer mentality: you're energized both by opening new doors and by deepening existing relationships.
~ Motivated by being early: you understand what it means to join a startup at the ground floor and you see it as an opportunity, not a risk.
Experience selling SaaS or data-driven platforms to enterprise buyers, particularly in finance, procurement, or supply chain.
Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long deal timelines.
Experience attending or representing a company at industry events and trade shows.
An existing network in procurement, finance at consumer packaged goods companies that you can tap into from day one.
