KPMG Deals and Strategy is a 70 FTE strong team that provides integrated advice to clients in the areas of enterprise strategy and transformation, as well as transactions (Integrated) Due Diligence, M&A, Valuations and Financing. The practice positions itself as a “Transaction to Transformation” advisor, leveraging the full breadth of KPMG's capabilities to support clients, typically large and mid-sized Belgian companies and Private Equity firms.

The KPMG Strategy team is currently seeking to expand and further build its strategy development and commercial expertise. The role is part of a team advising executive-level clients on key strategic challenges, providing insights and guidance on market positioning and the capabilities required for long-term success. Responsibilities include creating high-quality, impactful deliverables aligned with engagement objectives and client needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Manager within the KPMG Strategy team, with a specific focus on Energy & Infrastructure, the role plays a key role in supporting clients across sectors such as energy, water, construction, infrastructure and telecom throughout their transformation journeys. Responsibilities include leading high-impact strategy engagements, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and positioning of the practice. Key tasks include:

Skills & Qualifications
A completed Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a strategy and management consulting environment or within Energy & Infrastructure sectors with a focus on Corporate Strategy & Transformation, Growth & Market Entry Strategy, Operating & Cost Strategy, or Enterprise-wide Target Operating Model (TOM) Design.
