What You'll Do
You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, who leads the Events and Client Communities programme for Amsterdam and Brussels, while taking ownership of marketing initiatives for priority client portfolios in the Brussels market. Together, you will design and deliver a high-impact programme of client engagement activities that strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders and showcase the best of BCG.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines strategic thinking with executional excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through high-quality in-person and hybrid experiences.
In this role, you will partner closely with Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) to translate account priorities into targeted marketing and event strategies and take full ownership of their execution. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of client engagement initiatives - from concept development and stakeholder alignment to hands-on execution, including content coordination, speaker management, logistics, and on-site delivery.
You will build on the success of existing programmes while continuously refining event formats, ranging from high-level CxO roundtables to large-scale client convenings. Alongside this, you will ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints, working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.
With a strong understanding of the Brussels market landscape and its international and multilingual context, you will tailor experiences to diverse audiences across corporate and institutional clients.

BCG's Marketing & Communications team drives the firm's reputation as a thought leader. We work to strengthen and protect BCG's brand, advance our business agenda, and partner with leaders to engage with our audiences through exciting experiences and multi-channel campaigns. This role sits within the LAB Marketing & Communications function reporting into the Marketing & Communications Manager for the Client Communities programme in Amsterdam and Brussels. Day-to-day you will work across the LAB and global team, plus partners, consultants and external partners.
