Senior Information Security Officer

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Officer to join a major international organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high level, international environment and have a real impact around ISO 27001, security governance, audits, risk management, and driving security best practices across complex IT operations.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a subject matter expert in Information Security Compliance.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management standards.
• Conduct compliance assessments and support remediation activities.
• Perform internal audits and coordinate follow-up actions through to closure.
• Lead and perform compliance and risk assessments.
• Lead and support the management of standards and procedures for information security.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience within Information Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), or IT Audit functions.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, or auditing ISO management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 / ISMS environments.
• Knowledge of NIS2, cybersecurity governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of third-party/vendor risk management processes.
• Dutch/French + English
