For one of our strategic projects we are looking for a Freelance Dutch speaking Trainer (1–3 Years Training Experience Required) .
The project aims to strengthen managerial effectiveness, leadership posture, and team dynamics, through a structured combination of training sessions and individual coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the training program as a learner to acquire content and facilitation approach
- Deliver a 3-day training program to groups of managers
- Facilitate interactive workshops and group discussions
- Conduct individual one-on-one coaching sessions with participants between training days
- Support participants in applying key leadership practices in their daily roles
- Adapt delivery and coaching approach to the local context and audience
- Ensure a high-quality, engaging, and impactful learning experience
Candidate Profile
- Fluent Dutch speaker
- Between 1-3 years in training facilitation and individual coaching
- Ability to manage group dynamics as well as one-on-one development conversations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to deliver sessions in the Antwerp area
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in industrial or operational environments
- Background in leadership development, coaching, or organizational development
- Familiarity with experiential learning approaches

Training Format
- 3-day training program (with intervals between sessions)

This is a part time role for a mid level trainer with maximum 3 years training experience.
Start date is September 2026.
