Senior Brand Strategist (Freelance) — Strategie Agency

This is not a standard brand strategy role.

We are looking for a senior profile who can think deeply, structure clearly and guide brands with precision — someone who combines strategic rigor, creative sensitivity and real business understanding.

You don’t just write positioning statements.

You build brands that make sense, stand out, and stay consistent across time and touchpoints.

What you bring

• 5+ years in a branding / strategy / advertising agency
• Strong experience in building brand platforms (positioning, architecture, messaging, tone of voice)
• The ability to move from business context → insight → brand strategy → activation logic
• A sharp understanding of brand consistency and design systems
• The ability to define clear, distinctive and usable brand territories
• Experience in translating strategy into omnichannel communication frameworks
• → with clear roles per channel
• → and relevant messaging per touchpoint
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and commercial impact
• You are able to challenge and reframe client thinking
• You are trilingual: FR / NL / EN

Your role

• Lead the development of brand strategies and positioning
• Build coherent brand platforms that guide all communications
• Define what the brand stands for, how it speaks and how it shows up
• Ensure consistency between strategy, identity and execution
• Translate brand strategy into clear communication frameworks
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure strategic integrity in execution
• Bring clarity, structure and direction to both team and client
• Present with precision, confidence and impact
