Buyer Procurement Work from Home

Buyer – English required – ALTEN Belgium As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Buyer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels Metropolitan Area. As a Buyer, your main responsibilities will include: Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify and evaluate potential suppliers across Europe. Prepare and support cost and contract negotiations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Ensure proper contract administration and maintain accurate supplier documentation. Present structured analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Procurement. ~1–10 years of experience in purchasing or a manufacturing environment (junior to senior profiles considered). ~ Experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset. ~ Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). ~ Languages: English (mandatory) Permanent contract with an attractive salary package ~ Possibility of remote work ~Transport, Energy, Automotive, Telecom, Finance Continuous training, coaching, daily knowledge sharing We support major companies in their innovation, R&D, and digital transformation projects across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, energy, finance, life sciences, and telecommunications.
