Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer in our Energy team.

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your responsabilities:

• Perform detailed technical analyses and produce engineering reports (e.g., maintenance recommendations, engineering assessments, non-conformance reports).
• Conduct technical expert studies and participate in and/or lead associated working groups.
• Review and monitor programs to ensure proper implementation and execution.
• Draft, review, and critically assess technical study documents .
• Ensure that departmental technical databases are accurately maintained and regularly updated.
• Contribute to Level 1 quality control (QC1) activities within the team.
• Coordinate with central engineering teams to ensure consistency in handling common technical topics.
• Manage assigned tasks independently and ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously ensure the highest level of safety and compliance for critical systems and equipment .

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in engineering (civil or industrial engineering).
• Basic knowledge of nuclear qualification for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Experience in a nuclear power plant or equivalent industrial environment.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• High analytical and learning capabilities.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and equipment.
• Demonstrates autonomy, flexibility, and proactivity.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented , particularly in managing large databases.
• Proficiency in IT tools : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP.
• Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
• Ability to integrate easily into a team environment.
