Business Transformation Manager

A large Belgian corporation leader in public transportation is looking for a "Business Transformation Manager" to join a high-impact team working at major interdepartmental projects:

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Manager, your main responsibilities are to:

• Define the transformation: translate strategic objectives into concrete actions, set the scope and success criteria, and craft a compelling narrative that engages stakeholders.
• Analyse the current situation: review processes and structures, identify inefficiencies and their root causes, and propose high‑impact improvements.
• Design the future model: shape the new organisation, build a robust business case and articulate a coherent vision.
• Prepare and steer implementation: coordinate workshops, define the implementation roadmap and communication strategy, and support managers throughout the change journey.
• Monitor performance: put in place relevant KPIs and continuously adjust the course as needed.
• You act as a strategic partner to the sponsors and ensure a smooth and successful transition.

Ideal Candidate

• You hold a master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• You have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or consultant in reviewing operational models: process optimisation, data analysis, reorganisation projects, and change management.
• A solid understanding of HR processes is a distinct advantage.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and French.
