We are looking for a Product Owner to join a leading client in the insurance sector , at the heart of digital transformation and Customer Experience initiatives .
Your role :
As a Product Owner , you act as the strategic link between business and IT for a key digital product.
You will drive the product vision , manage prioritization , and contribute to the digitalization of inbound and outbound processes , with a strong end-to-end and user-centric approach (customers, employees, distribution partners).
Your responsibilities :
- Define and drive the product vision , value, and priorities
- Own and manage the Product Backlog (writing, prioritizing, and maintaining user stories )
- Translate business needs into high-value solutions
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders : IT teams (Scrum Masters, Agile teams, architects) and business teams (operations, product, partners)
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies : PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Demos & Retrospectives
- Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality increments
- Validate deliverables and accept user stories based on defined criteria
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when needed
- Ensure smooth and transparent collaboration between business and IT
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations and ensure alignment
- Monitor market trends and digital innovations to identify improvement opportunities.

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in change management & transformation projects
- Background in business functions (customer service, operations, product, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum (SAFe is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach
- Strong organizational skills , autonomy, and decision-making ability
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to drive change and engage teams
- Ability to think end-to-end
- Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch.
