Business Development Manager

We operate in the field of automation and industrial robotics under the brand names IEMCA, Giuliani, Sinteco, Vire, ZETA, held by Bucci Automations S.p.A. and in the new advanced composite materials sector with Bucci Composites S.p.A.

For Bucci Industries Benelux, based in Belgium, we are hiring a Business Development Manager for our IEMCA brand to cover the Benelux territories .

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth by building strong customer relationships, developing new market opportunities, and strengthening IEMCA’s presence in your regions. You will work closely with key industry players, support the positioning of our solutions, and contribute to the company’s commercial strategy while representing the brand across the market.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in selling technical products, with a preference in the bar feeder or machine tool equipment field;
• Skills in market analysis and identification of business opportunities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Goal-setting and focused on maintaining positive customer relations;
• Availability to travel;
• Language Requirements: Dutch (bilingual proficiency) and French (Good working proficiency).
