We are currently seeking motivated Validation Engineer to join our team. By joining us, you'll be part of a leading company that is shaping the future of hybrid transmission technology. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Validation Engineer to join our Validation and Simulation team. Define the validation approach for her/his domain(s), including the virtual validation. • Ensure the execution of a part of the extended product design validation test plan and you make sure the agreed milestones are being met. • Convert abstract test needs into real test requests • Convert the long term planning in weekly planning and solve roadblocks which endanger the progress in order to ensure high efficiency. • Prepare, coordinate, perform (data) analysis and reporting of development tests. • Build up knowledge of testing facilities all over Europe. • Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by experience • Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities. • Experience in technically leading a team • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive sector A fluent level of English (oral and written) You will join an enthusiastic team and a respected company known for its strong international focus in the challenging automotive industry • We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development and exposure to new best in class simulation tools and new technologies • We provide a congestion-free access and an attractive salary package with all kinds of fringe benefits If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
