As a Customer Supply Specialist, you’ll take on a dynamic role with a range of impactful responsibilities, including:
Coordinating Deliveries : You’ll be the go-to person for organizing and managing deliveries, working closely with transportation companies, terminals, 3rd-party suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations, all while upholding our commitment to Responsible Care® principles.
Inventory Management : You’ll oversee Methanex and customer terminal inventories, ensuring optimal levels and timely replenishment.
Vendor and Contract Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with our truck, rail and barge partners, managing contracts and supplier interactions to drive successful outcomes.
Order Management : Handle the full order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way.
Forecasting & Allocation : Take charge of supply and demand forecasting, managing product allocation to meet customer needs.
Logistics & Project Support : Collaborate with your team on logistics and Responsible Care® initiatives, contributing to important analyses and projects that drive continuous improvement.
You hold a university degree in Business, Economics or related field or a high school diploma in Transport or Logistics Management.
Having prior experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain is an asset.
You are fluent in English, and any additional European languages is a bonus.
You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Being familiar with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is an asset
