SAP Program Manager

SAP Technical Project Manager | S/4HANA Transformation | Brussels (Hybrid)

We are currently supporting a leading organisation in Brussels on a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and post-migration programme , and we’re looking for an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager to join on a long-term contract.

This role will focus on driving a portfolio of SAP technical and integration projects aimed at modernising the SAP landscape, improving performance, and reducing technical debt.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of multiple SAP technical workstreams, working closely with architecture, SAP, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key areas include:

• SAP integration transformation (e.g. PI/PO to CPI / Integration Suite)
• SAP Fiori / UX and BTP-related initiatives
• SAP landscape, connectivity, and platform topics
• Technical adaptations in cloud / hosted SAP environments (e.g. RISE)
• Coordination across SAP, satellite systems, and third-party applications
• Supporting transition to RUN / AMS

You’ll be responsible for structuring projects, managing dependencies, driving governance, and ensuring delivery across complex environments.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years in IT project management
• Strong experience delivering SAP technical or integration projects
• Exposure to S/4HANA environments and transformation programmes
• Experience working in complex, multi-system SAP landscapes
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (SAP, infra, security, vendors)
• Strong understanding of integration, architecture, or platform topics (without needing to be hands-on technical)

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite
• Exposure to SAP BTP or Fiori environments
• Experience in cloud or hosted SAP landscapes
• Background in transport, utilities, or large-scale public/private organisations
