Works Manager – Offshore Wind Installation

We are looking for an experienced Works Manager to support the delivery of an offshore wind farm project, with a focus on managing the MP/TP installation package. You will oversee site execution activities, coordinate offshore operations, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational execution of MP/TP installation works offshore.
• Coordinate site activities with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure works are carried out safely and according to approved procedures and method statements.
• Monitor project progress and support planning and cost control activities.
• Lead and support teams in a high-safety offshore environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of offshore or marine construction experience.
• Previous experience on offshore wind projects and MP/TP installation packages.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Project Details

• Offshore wind farm project.
• Combination of Antwerp/Breda office and site work.
• Schedule: 5 days/week, 10 hours/day. No weekend work expected.
