Role: Automation Trainer

Location- Brussels

Permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver high-quality technical training content using instructional design principles

Lead and upskill team members; manage content development initiatives

Review and enhance existing training materials

Conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions

Requirements:

Strong technical writing and English communication skills

Experience in automation systems including PLC, SCADA, Control Systems, and CIP

Knowledge of automation framework design and SDL preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Articulate, Camtasia, and LMS tools is a plus

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and simplify complex concepts

Strong leadership, multitasking, and team management skills

Hands-on experience with live automation systems is an advantage
