We are looking for someone who can bring structure, take ownership and make things move — across projects, clients and business.

What you’re here to do

• Run projects from brief to delivery without things falling apart
• Keep timelines, priorities and people aligned
• Act as the link between client, strategy and creative team
• Make sure quotes get out, approvals come in, and projects move forward
• Keep an eye on budgets, scopes and profitability
• Ensure invoicing happens on time and correctly
• Support new business
• → follow up leads
• → keep momentum after meetings
• Bring structure where things are messy
• Make sure the agency runs smoothly and efficiently

• 3–6 years in an agency environment (project management / account / coordination)
• You are organized and structured — naturally
• You follow up . You don’t wait.
• You are reliable — people trust you to get things done
• You bring maturity and calm , even under pressure
• You have empathy , but you’re not soft — you know how to push when needed
• You understand creative work (and respect it)
• You understand business (budgets, margins, client expectations)
• You are trilingual: FR / NL / EN
