Role: Business Associate - Data & AI

We are currently building an AI driven tech company focused on data, automation, and talent , and

I am looking for a high-potential junior or medior to work directly with me.

What you’ll do

You will support multiple areas of the business, including:

• Client coordination & customer success
• Supporting AI/data-related projects and use cases
• Sales & business development support
• Recruitment coordination and sourcing
• Operations and internal structure
• Representing the company at meetings and networking events

This is a hands-on startup role with high exposure and fast learning.

Profile we are looking for

• 0 - 2 years experience or relevant internships
• Strong interest in AI, data, and automation
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch + English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
