Clinical Software Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Brussels | Hybrid | Permanent | Health Information Systems

to join a global healthcare solutions company advancing clinical and operational performance through data and software.

The role sits within an organization with a strong heritage in a Fortune 500 environment, with solutions embedded in hospital systems and used daily by clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Operating at the intersection of clinical practice, data, and financial performance, the organization plays a key role in how hospitals capture clinical activity, ensure coding accuracy, and manage reimbursement.

The portfolio continues to evolve with a strong focus on data-driven and AI-enabled solutions, further strengthening its role within modern healthcare systems.

Your Impact

  • Ownership of the commercialization of an advanced clinical software solution across Belgian hospitals.
  • Close collaboration with physicians, coding teams, and key stakeholders to identify where measurable value can be created.
  • Direct contribution to improving data quality, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes in complex hospital environments.

Your Role

  • Leading tailored discussions and guiding decision-making processes
  • Acting as a trusted partner throughout the entire lifecycle
  • End-to-end responsibility for the journey from initial engagement to implementation and long-term adoption
  • Ensuring successful integration into clinical and administrative workflows

Your Profile

  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT, combined with a strong background in a customer-facing or commercial role
  • Proven experience in field sales, with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Strong level of self-organization and ownership in planning and executing customer activities
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Experience in documenting activities and managing pipelines within a CRM system
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
  • Solid understanding of hospital environments and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder structures
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems, clinical coding, or classifications such as ICD or DRG
  • A mindset characterized by ownership, curiosity, and the ability to translate technology into clinical and operational impact
