Overview
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect with strong expertise across SAP HR, HCM, and SuccessFactors to support a major transformation programme.
This role is heavily focused on end-to-end solution design , translating business requirements into scalable, integrated SAP solutions across a hybrid landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution design across SAP HR / HCM / SuccessFactors
Produce architecture blueprints and design documentation
Align solutions with enterprise architecture and best practices
Lead integration design across SAP and non-SAP systems
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive key decisions
Support delivery teams to ensure design integrity through implementation
Key Experience
Proven SAP Solution Architect experience in complex environments
Strong expertise in:
SAP HCM (on-premise)
SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central + Talent modules)
Demonstrable track record in solution design and architecture ownership
Experience with integrations (CPI / APIs / middleware)
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
