Business Consultant (Implementation) – International SaaS Scale-up BE (German Speaking)

About the Company

For a fast-growing international SaaS organization, we are looking for a Business Consultant . This company develops software solutions focused on quality, safety, and compliance management , helping organizations worldwide digitize and optimize their business processes.

Due to strong growth and increasing international demand, the company is expanding its implementation team and looking for a German-speaking Business Consultant .

The Role

As a Business Consultant , you will be responsible for implementing the software at customer organizations. You will step in after the deal is signed and guide customers from kick-off to go-live .

You will work closely with Project Managers , where you focus on the functional implementation and configuration of the software, while the Project Manager handles scope, budget, and timelines.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead kick-off meetings after contract signing
• Analyze customer requirements and processes
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into software configuration
• Create and validate solution blueprints
• Configure and implement the platform
• Deliver demos and validate solutions with customers
• Support go-live and hypercare phase
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams

Projects range from smaller local implementations to complex international rollouts with multiple stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (required)
• Fluent in English (required)
• Dutch is a strong plus
• Interest in software and technology
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Structured and customer-focused mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in implementation, consulting, or onboarding roles
• Experience with SaaS, ERP, or workflow software
• Background in Quality, Compliance, QHSE, or regulated industries
• Experience in industries such as Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Healthcare

Working Environment

• Primarily remote working
• Approximately 1 day per week in the office
• Limited travel to customers (around once per month)
