Engineering Manager | Food & Beverage | Dutch Speaking

🚀 The Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading food & beverage manufacturer in the Flemish region to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead large-scale industrial operations and capital projects.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for engineering strategy, team leadership, and site performance within a highly automated production environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering & maintenance teams across the site
• Own and drive CAPEX projects (from design through to execution)
• Improve plant reliability, efficiency, and uptime
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean / TPM)
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with operations, production, and senior leadership

👤 Profile

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering in manufacturing
• Strong background in food, beverage, FMCG, or process industry
• Experience managing large teams and budgets
• Track record delivering major CAPEX / industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems

🗣️ Languages:

• Fluent Dutch (essential)
• English (professional level)
