ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a Project Manager Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

Context

The client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple projects related to IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. The mission is part of a digital transformation program involving several stakeholders. The consultant will work in a multi-project environment with internal teams and external providers.

Objective

• Manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation to delivery.

• Ensure delivery in terms of quality, timeline, and budget.

• Coordinate infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead projects from scoping to production.

• Structure projects and define their scope.

• Manage planning, budget, and risks.

• Ensure quality and validation of deliverables.

Portfolio & Coordination

• Manage a portfolio including:

o NIS2 compliance projects

o Cybersecurity reinforcement initiatives

o SOC (Security Operations Center) implementation

• Handle dependencies and synergies between projects.

• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and external providers.

Governance & Reporting

• Prepare governance and steering committee materials.

• Ensure project communication and reporting.

• Produce and maintain key project deliverables.

Collaboration

• Work closely with infrastructure and security experts.

• Ensure alignment between technical teams and stakeholders.

Profile Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management

Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI or equivalent)

• Ability to manage complex and multi-stakeholder environments

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Ability to quickly become autonomous

• Experience in producing structured deliverables:

o Project charter

o Detailed planning

o Steering committee reporting

o Budget tracking

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of:

o IT infrastructure environments.

o Cybersecurity domains.
