HR & Office Coordinator - Brussels


Political Intelligence Brussels is seeking an proactive and organised HR & Office Coordinator to support both our people operations and the smooth running of our office. You will work closely with our HR Business Partner and Office Manager, playing a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience and an efficient, well-functioning workplace. HR Support Support all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and setting up interviews Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding Contribute to HR projects (employee surveys, digitalisation of HR processes, HR metrics dashboards, AI-driven improvements) Support performance and evaluation cycles, including follow-up on career development and training Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HR policies Assist in the development and implementation of the annual training plan Office Management Support Assist the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks when needed (such as coordinating office supplies and relationships with service providers) Liaise with IT service providers for office devices and phone subscriptions to ensure service quality and operational efficiency The list and split of responsibilities is indicative and can evolve depending on priorities, deadlines, and the candidate's development.
