Partner - Strategy & Transformation Advisory

To strengthen our Belgian footprint, we are looking for a Partner with strong business acumen, relationship capital and entrepreneurial ambition.


This is a role for someone who wants more than a title, someone who wants to build business, create partnerships, shape strategy and influence the trajectory of a firm.


Your mission


Commercial Leadership

  • Generate new business opportunities across Belgium
  • Build long-term executive relationships across corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial ecosystems
  • Develop partnerships with technology players, investors, ecosystem actors and complementary advisory firms
  • Expand AION’s footprint in key sectors (industry, energy, institutions, finance, digital, health)
  • Contribute actively to proposals, negotiations and account development


Strategic Advisory

  • Lead major transformation and strategy engagements
  • Advise executive teams on governance, organisation design, transformation and operational strategy
  • Sponsor multidisciplinary teams and ensure client impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor and operating partner to leadership teams


Company Building

  • Help attract and develop top talent
  • Strengthen AION’s market positioning and visibility
  • Contribute to events, thought leadership and strategic initiatives
  • Play an active role in internal governance and collective entrepreneurship


Your profile

  • 8+ years in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation advisory
  • Proven ability to generate business and build trusted executive relationships
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)French (C1/C2), and professional English
  • Strong network in Belgium is a major asset


Compensation & Package

  • €70,000 – €80,000
