Your Mission
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help us grow. If you have 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing, and a passion for hospitality, coworking, or event venues, this is your chance to join an innovative, design-driven project.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales of meeting rooms, private offices and event venues, including active prospecting through different channels.
- Build and manage relationships with companies, agencies, and partners.
- You follow up on inbound leads and actively develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct space tours, prepare tailored offers, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and visibility.
- You contribute to shaping the sales strategy of a growing brand.
- Help improve sales processes and outreach strategies.
Who You Are
- You have 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, business development or events.
- You are autonomous, and have a strong interest in hospitality, business hubs and real estate.
- You always think about cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- You are creative and guide clients through their events or workspace projects.
- Easy-going, you like to meet new people on a daily basis and are comfortable interacting.
- You are curious and versatile by nature, eager to learn and develop new projects.
- Proactive, confident, and motivated by targets and growth.
- You have good communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
- Organized, client-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team spirit is important to you, and you enjoy collaborating with your peers.
