After a training period, you will take on the role of Business Analyst, Proxy Product Owner, or Data Analyst, working alongside IT and Business Departments to support large-scale international digital transformation projects. You will be involved in various project phases, including:

• Gathering and analyzing stakeholder requirements
• Benchmarking and identifying suitable solutions
• Assessing the impact of proposed solutions on user processes and system maintenance
• Identifying functional and technical dependencies
• Supporting development teams and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Preparing and conducting solution testing
• Drafting relevant documentation (test plans, incident management, tracking tools…)
• Change management and solution adoption: communication plans, training preparation, and facilitation

You will work with major corporate clients across various sectors: Energy, Banking & Finance, Public Sector, Transport, Retail, etc.

Master's degree in Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business, or Engineering. Strong interest in Information Systems and agile methodologies. Agile, service-oriented, and autonomous, with a natural leadership mindset. Detail-oriented, organized, and possessing excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, ensuring a strong impact with our clients. Fluently bilingual in both English and a local language (French or Dutch), you also have a good understanding of a third language (French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian).
