Graduate Sales Engineer

A global leader in drive, motion, and control technologies is launching a structured Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) across the Benelux region.

This is not a typical traineeship. From day one, you step into a real role with real responsibility in a high-tech industrial environment.

⚙️ What you’ll do

You’ll start in a full-fledged position and build your career across multiple technical and commercial domains:

• Work in a hands-on technical or sales-related role from day one
• Rotate across departments (sales, applications, engineering)
• Support external sales engineers and application specialists
• Gain exposure to:
• Hydraulics
• Electric drive & control systems
• Linear motion & automation technologies
• Develop into future roles such as:
• Sales Engineer
• Account Manager
• Application Engineer
• Service Engineer
• Build real project experience in industrial automation and smart machinery

🎓 Who we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in engineering or technical discipline (electromechanics, automation, etc.)
• Maximum 2 years of experience
• Strong technical curiosity + hands-on mindset
• Good commercial awareness and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus)
• Driving licence (B) required
• Most importantly: curiosity, initiative, and willingness to grow
