Context
We are looking for a Business Manager Cybersecurity, a high-potential and entrepreneurial profile aiming to rapidly evolve toward a Regional Director role. This position goes beyond traditional account management, combining business development, consulting, and innovation with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI-driven approaches.
Missions
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the cybersecurity ecosystem (CISO, CIO, CTO level)
- Build and develop your own client portfolio from scratch
- Drive proactive outreach strategies and high-value networking
- Use AI tools and data-driven methods to optimize prospecting and conversion
- Oversee a team of approximately 20 cybersecurity consultants
- Ensure mission continuity, performance, and client satisfaction
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Sell both staff augmentation (time & materials/regie) and fixed-price cybersecurity projects
- Contribute to the structuring of cybersecurity service offerings (GRC, cloud security, infrastructure, risk, etc.)
- Work closely with technical experts to define scope and deliverables
- Contribute to the development of the cybersecurity business unit
- Propose new go-to-market strategies and challenge existing approaches
- Position yourself as a future leader within the organization
Tools & Environment
- AI tools and data-driven methods for prospecting, sales, and delivery structuring
- Cybersecurity domains including GRC, cloud security, infrastructure, and risk
- Business development and consulting environment within an ESN or IT consulting context
Working Conditions
- Languages required: French + English or Dutch + English
- Experience: 1–3 years in ESN, IT consulting, tech recruitment, or business development
- Career path: fast-track toward Regional Director or Business Unit Leader role

Profil recherché
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an ESN, IT consulting, tech recruitment, or business development role
- Strong business development mindset with a clear focus on hunting and client acquisition
- Interest or foundational knowledge in cybersecurity domains (GRC, cloud, infrastructure, risk)
- Ability to sell both regie and fixed-price engagements
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Comfortable using or willing to adopt AI tools to improve performance and efficiency
- Fluent in:
- French and English, or
- Dutch and English
