Your mission: turn strategy, ideas and stakeholder needs into clear, valuable and deliverable digital solutions that improve the end-to-end customer experience 💡

🎯 What you’ll do

• Own the product vision, value and prioritisation for a key digital product 🚀

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable backlog items

• Manage and refine the Product Backlog (features, enhancements, changes)

• Lead and support Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Dailies, Reviews, Retrospectives) 🔄

• Act as the bridge between business, IT teams, architects, and operational stakeholders

• Ensure smooth collaboration between Scrum teams and business stakeholders

• Validate deliverables and close stories when acceptance criteria are met ✔️

• Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when needed

• Align expectations and maintain an end-to-end product perspective

• Identify innovation opportunities based on market and digital trends 📊

🧠 What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Strong background in business, operations, customer service or product environments

• Experience in change/transformation projects 🔁

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum (SAFe is a plus)

• Strong stakeholder management in complex environments

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) 🗣️

• Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset

• Structured, autonomous and decisive working style

• Ability to keep end-to-end overview in complex setups
